As expected, the weather has forced us indoors on Monday. Players are permitted to wear shorts, but must wear appropriate shoes for indoor tryouts. Players are also expected to bring their full equipment as we will be hitting and throwing.

Those trying out for varsity, 10th 11th and 12th graders, should meet in the main gym at 3:30 after school. Those trying out for JV, 8th and 9th graders, should meet in the main gym at 4 PM.

If you are an 8th or 9th grade pitcher or catcher, you should report to the auxiliary gym at 3:30 as we will be throwing bullpens. Following the completion of your bullpen, you will rejoin the JV tryout in the main gym or the wrestling room cages.

It is highly likely that Tuesday’s JV tryout will be indoors as well prior to being outdoors at Barcroft on Wednesday and Thursday, but I will provide an update over the weekend. Varsity will still be at Barcroft Tuesday evening.
